A DAY TO BE THANKFUL

Not having been born in this country, Thanksgiving wasn't a holiday I grew up celebrating. But after many joyful years in the United States, I've adopted this meaningful holiday as my own. I love what this day stands for: family, friends and being appreciative for everything life has giving us. One of the things I'm most grateful for is having the opportunity of living in a country where fighting for what you believe in is feasible and the possibilities of realizing one's dreams are endless. But the list doesn't stop there. There are many things I am thankful for this year and one of those is YOU, for your loyalty, boundless support and for keeping me motivated to continue sharing my love for design through this blog. If you're wondering what I'm doing today, I'm speding a dreamy weekend with the ones I hold dear in this gorgeous setting. I hope you're having a fantastic time with yours as well. Thank you for the well-wishing! I grew up celebrating Thanksgiving in the States but now live in Europe. So I spent my day working hard and trying hard to be grateful for it! But I make a point of celebrating it with the meal one day in November, with family or without. For me, it's the one holiday worth remembering.
