Fit For a Music Man

This trendy and modish apartment in São Paulo, Brazil, is the bachelor pad of a hip DJ and entrepreneur. The 1980's apartment was completed gutted and renovated by Studio Guilherme Torres to fit his stylish lifestyle. Given the owner's profession, the architects wanted to create the feeling of a nightclub by designing a box-like space “in which the illumination plus wall and floor coverings would create a three-dimensional effect.” The decor is rather 70's but with industrial touches. Instead ot using your typical DJ table, they gave an aluminum ladder new functionality adding the element of surprise to his studio. “Exceptional photography, colorful coffee table books, adult toys and a few vintage pieces is what adds a burst of color and modernity to this clean cut modern interior.” This is total awesomeness!
