Green with envy

A couple of years ago I was fascinated with this color called CITRON (2024-30) by Benjamin Moore and I decided to use it as an accent in my kitchen (right). I LOVED the way it came out. But when my best friend came into the apartment and saw it on the wall he almost flipped out of his mind and told me I was crazy for choosing such a bright and loud color. But I tell you now I don't regret a bit listening to my designer instinct as it makes me smile every time I pass by it. And who knew? This lime-green, acid green or whatever you want to call it has become one of the trendiest hues of the moment. It has invaded almost every store that I visit. Whether in furniture, rugs, wallpaper, acces- sories even clothing this fresh and vibrant color is here to stay for a while.

I love the way that Citron looks in your kitchen. I like when people dare to go out of the white, brown and creams. Kudos!

Felix, thank you for your comment. I do like playing with color while designing. I wish people wouldn't be afraid of color. Cheers!
