Mark your calendar

Right around this time, we're used to going into stores and seeing a zillion very predictable wall calendars. They're usually the same size but different motives: from flora and fauna to shirtless firemen and hot sexy mamas. But because of the use of BlackBerrys and iPhones, less and less people are depending on them. Consequently, calendars have had to evolve, thank God! We're seeing new concepts and nifty ideas emerge to make the new generation more appealing to everyone. They're now more than just day organizers, they're must-have accessories for our home decor. I guess the promotional calendars given out in stores at the end of the year have come a long way. Here are some of my faves.

From top to bottom:
Calendar Wallsticker by Ferm Living  /  Large Colorful Calendar Wall Poster
Twenty Eleven Calendar by The Muststash  /  Free 2011 Calendar by Blue Ant Studio
Stendig Wall Calendar / Calendar Pillow Cover  /  Calendar Fabric by Chris
Funny Birds Calendar  /  Perpetual Wall Calendar by Massimo Vignelli
Formosa Calendar by Enzo  /  Mid-Century Chairs Printable Calendar
Desk Calendar by Fedrigoni
